By approving a quote, submitting payment, or confirming a booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions and supplier terms.
1. Role as Travel Advisor
WanderLamb Travel Collective (“WanderLamb”) acts solely as an independent travel advisor and agent for third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and transportation providers (“Suppliers”).
WanderLamb does not own, operate, or control these Suppliers and is not responsible for their acts or omissions. All travel services are provided directly by Suppliers and are subject to their terms and conditions.
WanderLamb shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity arising from any act or omission of any Supplier.
2. Booking, Payments & Payment Authorization
A reservation is confirmed only upon:
Payment schedules are determined by the Supplier and must be followed to avoid cancellation.
Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation, loss of deposit, or price changes.

You agree not to initiate chargebacks for services that have been properly authorized and fulfilled. Any disputes must first be addressed with the travel supplier in accordance with their terms.

5. Travel Insurance (Strong Recommendation)
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
By declining insurance, you accept full responsibility for any financial loss, including cancellations, delays, medical expenses, or disruptions.
WanderLamb is not responsible for denied claims or coverage limitations.
6. Travel Documentation & Entry Requirements
You are solely responsible for ensuring all required travel documentation is valid, including passports, visas, vaccinations, and entry requirements.
WanderLamb is not responsible for denied boarding, entry, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete documentation.
7. Health, Safety & Travel Risks
Travel involves inherent risks. By booking, you voluntarily assume these risks.
WanderLamb is not liable for events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or labor disruptions.
8. Group Bookings (If Applicable)
Group travel may include additional requirements such as minimum participation, payment schedules, and contractual obligations.
Pricing and availability may change based on group participation.
9. Use of Photos & Testimonials
You grant WanderLamb permission to use trip-related photos, feedback, or testimonials for marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing.
10. Errors & Omissions
WanderLamb reserves the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions. You will be notified and given the option to proceed or cancel.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in Colorado courts.
12. Compliance With Laws
WanderLamb Travel Collective does not participate in, support, or condone any travel activities that violate the laws or regulations of the United States or any applicable destination country.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their travel plans, documentation, conduct, and activities comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.
WanderLamb Travel Collective reserves the right to refuse service or discontinue planning assistance for any request believed to involve unlawful, prohibited, or unethical activity.
